Important Information
Please note the following regarding all bookings for your Escape Room experience:
Sales:
All sales are final.
Arrival:
Please double-check your booking date and time and arrive 20 minutes prior to your booking. We do have to keep a strict schedule, so your 60 minutes does begin at your reservation time, whether you are in the room or not. If your group does not occupy the full capacity of the room, we will not allow you to enter the room if you are more than 5 minutes later than your booking start time. No refunds are given under any circumstances.
Waiver:
All participants must sign a waiver upon arrival. Any participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a waiver.
Private Room:
All escape rooms are currently private to you and your group.
Age Restrictions:
All children 13 and under must be accompanied by a participating adult. *If anyone is under the age of 18, they need an adult to sign the waiver for them*
Changes to your reservation:
There are no refunds or cancellations under any circumstances. You may reschedule your reservation if we are given 72 hours’ notice.
Early termination:
Please be advised that we monitor every room. Your experience may be terminated before your allotted time if our staff determines you are exhibiting behavior that is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.
